Solution to Error: Adding Help Notes to Custom Buttons

Adding Help Notes to Custom Buttons

I've been looking around trying to find a way to add help or how-to-use instructions for 4 custom buttons I added to a ribbon tab, but found nothing.
Does anyone know how to do this? When I put the cursor on the ribbon's built in buttons, they tell you what they do.
This is exactly what I want to do.
My custom buttons display the following:
Button Name
Book Name
Press F1 to get more help
I'd like to do away with line 2 and 3

And to answer this bit, if you don't specify a screentip then the control's "label" attribute is shown.
Then the supertip (if you specified one) is shown.
Then the workbook name and get more help is shown.  There is no way to remove the these last two, and (ridiculously) there is no way to make the F1 key take your users to your own Help document.

Check Windows System Requirements

You need to double-check your computer's hardware configuration against the following Microsoft requirements. If your computer hardware is not up to par, then make sure you upgrade where necessary before continuing:

Microsoft Windows Requirements :

  • 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster 32-bit (x86) or 64-bit (x64) processor
  • 16 GB available hard disk space (32-bit) or 20 GB (64-bit)
